Brief Introduction
This product is used for the vacuum and hot pressing pre-sealing process of pouch cells subsequent to electrolyte injection and standing. This machine automatically completes the vacuum heat sealing of the aluminum laminated case by precisely controlling the main vacuum pumping box and pneumatic heat seal components.
Features
● The sealing blades are made of copper material, boasts excellent thermal conductivity, thereby
boosting working efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
● The pressure of the upper and lower sealing blades can be adjusted by pressure regulating valve to meet different process requirements.
● The upper and lower sealing blades are driven by gas cylinders and guided by two linear guide bushings, which are flexible in up and down movement and guided accurately to ensure the parallelism of the sealed edges.
● Through the window can observe the changes in the chamber during running process.
● The cover is driven by gas cylinder and guided by rotating guide bushings, with flexible up and down movement and accurate guiding to ensure the excellent sealing effects.
● It can be applied to different sizes of batteries and easy to adjust.
● Split design of electric box and working box makes the machine can be placed in the glovebox or on the product line.
● Exquisite appearance, small size and light weight.
